E2 Solutions has tied up with Electric Power Group (EPG) to support and build EPG's products.

EPG works with clients on strategic assignments to develop and implement recommendations. EPG activities include studies and analysis of loads and resources, market assessments, operations review, modeling, business plans, reliability assessments, cost-benefit studies, assessment of Independent System Operators and market design, evaluation of generation and demand management alternatives, assessment of transmission and resource needs, and evaluation of technologies.

E2 provides management and strategic consulting services to the electric power industry. E2’s focus is on providing software solutions for real-time operations such as grid reliability management. The critical resource deficiencies in real time are tracked and monitored which would otherwise endanger the system reliability, resulting in outage and thereby affecting the supplies to the customer. The tools developed for Real-Time Grid Reliability Management will ultimately enable the electricity grid to function as a smart, automatic, switch able network. Solutions are provided for wide area and local area.
